Can you believe it is already July 1st? Most will be spending the 4th of July at home with their own fire works show. Some will party with friends whether there is a pandemic or not. But what we can all agree on is that there will be some serious bbqing going on all weekend. If you are reading my article then you most likely are following the keto diet. We have to be careful when it comes to keto and cookouts. The majority of the bbq sauces used are extremely high in sugar, especially my favorite sauce of all time “Sweet Baby Ray’s”
Well even in a pandemic I have a small sliver of good news for everyone. Sweet Baby Ray’s now has a “NO SUGAR ADDED” bbq sauce 😍. This might be the best news I’ve heard in a long time! America’s favorite bbq sauce really stepped up and helped us keto goers out.

Grilling season without breaking breaking keto and falling out of ketosis is clutch to say the least. As a matter of fact, Sweet Baby Ray’s new sauces compliment a variety of dietary needs. In addition to being keto-friendly, they’re also gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian so everyone can enjoy those Saturday bbqs.
As of now the keto friendly sauces come in two flavors: original and hickory. Each serving has only 1 gram of sugar and 1 gram of net carbs. Yet somehow you still get that smoky, sweet, and tangy flavor you expect from Sweet Baby Ray’s. The secret, apparently, is tomatoes. Or so I have been told.
Sweet Baby Ray’s is already available in stores as well as online. Make sure to grab a couple of bottles for this weekend and enjoy your keto 4th of July weekend.
